Never thought of working a snow season, but she did - Mt Hotham. Never thought of going overseas, but she did - on a way ticket, returning three years later. Never had aspirations to trek the Himalayas, but she did - had no idea, what she was in for. Never thought she'd set up and own a travel business, but she does - the name was simply a seed in her mind. Karen established TWAD, as well as Spa Travel in 2001 and has enjoyed all the trials and tribulations involved.

Karen has been a contributing judge for Asia Spa magazine, Hong Kong in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2010 and active member of the Australasian Spa Association as a Networking Coordinator, Board Director and President.

Mary is an experienced travel consultant particularly with group travel and tour leading.
